This is a picture of a mental map drawn by a 41 year old homeless man named Stephen. He was drawing a picture of Amerstam. The idea of the different maps of Amerstam from different people was to show the idea of how mental maps from people can produce a different picture and different point of view every time. Mental maps are are based on the experiences of a person and can have be unrealiable. Mentals can help city planners have a better idea of what people notice as needing updates.
